Awards
The Intercollegiate Women's Soccer Organization (IWSOC), in partnership with United Soccer Coaches, administers an extensive awards and recognition program that celebrates excellence in competition, academics, leadership, and service to the game. The program includes All-America, Scholar All-America, Coach and Staff of the Year honors, and a variety of national and regional awards recognizing the achievements of student-athletes, coaches, and programs across NCAA women's soccer.
More than 12,000 awards are presented annually. Eligibility for official IWSOC and United Soccer Coaches awards is an exclusive benefit of membership and is available only to member coaches, their teams, and their student-athletes in accordance with established awards criteria.
The culmination of the Awards Program occurs at the annual United Soccer Coaches Convention, where many of the sport's most prestigious honors are presented and celebrated.
Rankings
The IWSOC and United Soccer Coaches College Rankings provide a weekly assessment of qualified programs throughout the season and are intended to reflect competitive performance at the national and regional levels. Rankings are developed through a structured voting process conducted by member coaches.
These rankings are not used as a guide or indicator for NCAA championship selection or postseason eligibility. Rather, they serve as a recognition of weekly achievement and performance within the collegiate game.
National and Regional Rankings are published for all divisions of NCAA women's college soccer. Participation in the rankings process, including voting privileges, is an exclusive benefit available to member coaches.
