CEO
G Guerrieri served as the only head coach in Texas A&M women's soccer program history, leading the Aggies for 33 seasons until his retirement in 2025. He finished his career with 523 wins, ranking fifth all-time among Division I coaches, and guided Texas A&M to 18 conference championships and 28 NCAA Tournament appearances, including a trip to the 2014 College Cup. Since retiring, he has continued serving the sport as a member of the NCAA Women's Soccer Oversight Committee and in a leadership role with United Soccer Coaches

Henry Zapata brings over a decade of NCAA Division I women's soccer coaching experience to his role with the IWSOC. His coaching career has taken him across the country, with stops at Georgia, Elon, Lamar, Iowa State, Texas State, and most recently Mississippi State. He holds a degree in broadcast journalism and a master's in sport management, both from the University of Illinois.

Mick D'Arcy has served as head coach of Central Connecticut State University women's soccer since 2000, making him the winningest coach in program history and the dean of Northeast Conference coaches. Under his leadership, the Blue Devils have won 11 NEC regular-season titles and 12 NEC Tournament titles, with five trips to the NCAA Women's College Cup. A native of Ireland, D'Arcy holds an "A" license from U.S. Soccer and a "B" license from UEFA.

Samantha Ekstrand is a co-founding partner of Ekstrand & Ekstrand, LLP in Durham, North Carolina. She has advised over 100 college coaches across all three NCAA divisions on matters including crisis management, contract negotiations, Title IX, and team culture. Samantha holds a J.D. and M.A. in History from Duke Law School and a B.A. cum laude from Dartmouth College.
